From the M55 carry on straight a head untill you see a sign for car parking keep driving untill you see signs for central carpark,then you'll come to  funland on your left, joke shop on your right Dont park in this carpark its expensive exit out of carpark left then first right (hornby Road) right at traffic lights(Coronation street)The New Alvon Hotel is a few yards on your left.
